It has a therapeutic value and may help in treating many diseases and also enhances stress-free life in harmony.


This class utilizes the classical yoga postures for the purpose of strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body. In Hatha-style classes, the poses are held for varying lengths of time which allows a deeper understanding of the asanas.

Dynamic yoga practice that emphasises movement from one pose to another in a flowing sequence with a focus on even breathing intended to build heat and intensity. It also builds body awareness ,body&mind connection, cultivates strength,flexibility.


Ashtanga yoga focuses on a specific sequence of postures (asanas), which are linked through movement (vinyasas) and breath (pranayama). The unique aspects to this practice include engagement of the internal locks (bandhas) and Ujjayi breath, which are used to assist the regulation of the flow of energy or life force (prana). Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.
