I am a 500 RYT Yoga , Pilates and dance teacher and I hold various personal training, fitness, nutrition , Ayurvedic qualifications as I believe it's important to work on different components of fitness using various forms - suitable to your needs, likes , dislikes and to consider the mind and spirit aspect as well.

I've lived and worked in Poland, Australia , India , Bermuda and Saudi Arabia and have been cooperating with various fitness schools as an educator and a presenter - delivering teaching training courses, workshops and master classes.
